Political newcomer Subrina Banks didn't accomplish her goal of defeating incumbent Congressional District 5 Congresswoman Stephanie Bice in the June 28th Republican primary. Bice defeated Banks by 69% to 31% margin; however, a review of precinct-level results by The Logan County News suggests Banks made inroads with South and East Logan County voters.
